All pieces arrive individually wrapped in earth friendly kraft jewelry box, tied with ribbon, and ready for gift giving.
Shipping a gift directly to the recipient? I will be happy to add a handwritten card for you, just leave me your note during checkout!
Custom and personalized orders
Most items are made to order and ship within 1-3 business days.
Care instructions
Just like with any jewelry, avoiding water and harsh chemicals will help keep your piece beautiful and in great condition for years to come.
To keep charms shiny, polish gently with jewelry cloth made for sterling silver.
When not worn, store your clean jewelry in a zip lock bag or jewelry box, to minimize tarnishing of sterling silver.
Tarnishing
Both sterling silver and gold are expected to tarnish with time. How fast it depends on a few factors - skin chemistry, sweat, skin care products, air quality, etc.
Tarnishing of jewelry is not a reason for return, as it is the nature of the metal, not a defect.
International shipping and custom fees
USPS First Class Mail averages anywhere from 1-5 weeks, but can take longer depending on time spent in customs and time of year. Some countries, such as the UK, will incur customs fees. It is the buyers responsibility to pay their country's customs fees. Please check to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are collected when your package is delivered to your home or when you pick up the item up from the post office.
Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
